Tim Russert Dies at 58

posted by Rolando

I’m sadden at the sudden news about the death of Tim Russert.  I didn’t know him personally, but I was a fan of his work and of the man.

I’m not a politician, journalist, or the like.  I am just a person who was captivated with everything he had to say about anything.  He always seem to have a sparkle in his eye and passion in his voice and you had to choice but to want to believe anything he said.

I’m sure his family, friends, and colleagues are without words.  From my understanding, he was a devout Catholic, active father, good husband, and a moral man of high standards.

When I came home today to share the news with my wife, she was just as saddened.  She probably listens to the news less than I do, but still knows Tim Russert and his contributions to America.  He was an excellent interviewer and understood and explained politics in a way that we could understand.

He will be missed. . .

    Hello Rolando..

We have heard of Tim Russert too, and of his tremendous contributions to the nation, and to the world. He will be deeply missed.

  5. Rolando Said,

I agree NAFA. I’m glad his contributions have reached all of you out there too. Just another example of his great influence.

  6. Rolando Said,

Hi Waliz, yes we’re not going to be here forever. We only have our good intentions to be remembered by, at least that is my hope.
